Terms & Conditions:

Registration fee is inclusive of 18% GST and transaction charges levied during online registration.
Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, trade exhibition, conference lunches, Conference kit and dinners.
Registration fee for accompanying person includes access to scientific sessions, trade exhibition, conference lunches and dinners.
No refund shall be issued if registration done under any discounted category.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

100% refund - the congress secretariat must receive a notification of cancellation in writing at least one month before the event. Refund will be processed deducting 18% GST, 3% Transaction charges.
No refund - 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 30 days prior to the event date

All cancellations and requests for refund must be in writing to conference secretariat at acbicon2024@gmail.com
